Q: What additional items can I ask for when booking?
A: You can request cots, highchairs, bed guards and blackout blinds. Apart from the mattress sheet, you do need to bring bedding for any cots requested.

Q: Do you provide towels?
A: We provide a bath towel per person, a hand towel in the bathroom and two tea towels. You'll need to bring your own towels for the swimming pool and the beach.

Q: When are your changeover days?
A: From the start of the school Easter holidays until the end of October half term we change over on a Friday.

Q: What about the rest of the year?
A: We change over on Mondays and Fridays, so you can choose either a 3, 4 or 7 night break.

Q: What time can we arrive & leave on changeover days?
A: Cottages are available from 4pm, and we need them by 10am the day you leave.

Q: Do I need to tell you if there are any changes in who’s coming from those originally mentioned in the booking?
A: Yes please.

Q: When do you feed the animals with the children?
A: Every morning at 9am (except Fridays & Sundays) throughout the year.

Q: Do you have lambs to bottle feed throughout the year?
A: Yes, we always have lambs to bottle feed.

Q: When do you do pony rides?
A: Mondays and Wednesdays, straight after feeding the animals.

Q: Do the cottages have access to wireless broadband?
A: Yes all of them except the Guildhouse. There's wireless broadband in the playrooms, too.

Q: Do you accept dogs in your cottages?
A: No. Apart from guests who have been bringing their dogs since before 2007.
