This is a sunny cottage that's been comprehensively updated quite recently.

Its large living area leads directly out to a courtyard whose morning sunshine is ideal for outdoor breakfasts. There's a galleried loft bedroom, too; it opens out into the living area and has a single bed (this space is probably best suited to a child of at least ten).

The double bedroom also gets a lot of the sun, and Scantlebury's bathroom has a separate power shower.
