Guildhouse is about 100 meters from the other cottages; its Edwardian-style conservatory is lovely on spring and autumn days, and it has a separate kitchen as well as a gorgeous dining room with an old pine dresser and farmhouse table. A door leads from here into a single bedroom which is ideal for an older child or grand parent.

The living room has a wood burning stove and stairs which lead up to a first floor whose double and twin rooms enjoy great views over farmland.
