Outdoor Play Area

Tredethick is generally pretty child-friendly; the kids love the freedom to wander, whether to the outside play area, the giant trampoline, the big ride-on tractors or the football pitch. Or they might just fancy moseying along to see their favourite animals.

There's a farm trail, too, which takes you round the fields and woods. Or you can link to the footpath leading to the idyllic riverside hamlet of St. Winnow.  Between April and October, if you make it that far you can buy an ice cream or a sausage bap from the wife of the farmer there. (Such information sometimes proves useful when persuading children to take a longer-than-they're-used-to walk  ... )
