As parents ourselves we know that if the children are happy you're happy!

If you are looking for a safe environment that you and your children can enjoy you've found it. All cottages are child friendly with many of them being on one level, but where there are stairs we provide stair gates not to mention good quality, full sized wooden cots and highchairs.

However, for many children the undoubted highlight of their holiday will be the daily animal feeding with Farmer Tim. This is of course totally voluntary, but very well attended. We spend about 20 minutes every morning hand feeding the pet goats and lambs and collecting the freshly laid eggs from the chickens. This very much appeals to all ages, even Mums and Dads!

We also have Toby the pony who gives rides to the children a couple of times a week straight after animal feeding.

You will have your own washer/dryer in your cottage as well as access to a larger tumble dryer. We also provide plastic tumblers and bowls for stress free family meals!

All cottages have their own video recorders as standard. So feel free to let your children bring their favourite videos on holiday with them or you can use the video library in nearby Lostwithiel.

Our indoor soft play room has been an enormous hit with children from 12 months to 12 years. The vinyl covered foam padded floor and walls make it extremely safe and your children can let their imagination run wild making tunnels, houses, space rockets or whatever from the various shaped soft building blocks. Ideal for burning off that last bit of energy before bedtime. If that doesn't work then there's the outdoor adventure play area which has been designed for older children also. With its various swings slides rope net ladders bridges monkey bars etc it's another big hit.

The well-heated games room has table tennis, snooker and table football plus a fantastic sandpit with climbing frame for toddlers.

All the children's facilities are no more than two minutes walk from your cottage, but far enough away from the cottage gardens to preserve your peace & tranquillity. What could be better!
