Entered via a traditional Cornish stone porch (ideal for coats and wellies) this cottage has an open plan kitchen/living area and large French windows opening on to the courtyard, ideal for Summer BBQs where it catches the last of the evening sun.

The hall way leads to the newly re vamped bathroom with separate power shower. A twin room (beds can't be pushed together) and a spacious double bedroom with a 5ft pine bed.
There is also a galleried loft bedroom accessed by a ladder from the living area with a low ceiling and a single futon which we recommend for kids of 10 years or more.

This cottage now also benefits from full central heating.
