This gem of a cottage is approx 100 meters from the others. Its Edwardian style conservatory is a joy to sit in on Spring days. There is a separate kitchen and a lovely dining room with an old pine dresser and farm house table. A door leads from here into a single bedroom, ideal for an older child or grand parent.

The living room has a wood burning stove set into the original fire place and stairs lead from this room to the first floor.

The double and twin room both enjoy great views over farm land towards the Fowey valley.

The bathroom has a shower over the bath.

The garden is large and private making it ideal for the children to play in or for you to simply sit in and enjoy a glass of wine!

This cottage enjoys full central heating and really is a super place, but then we're biased it used to be our home!
